Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MIS Executive located in Ahmedabad. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing the company's management information systems, generating regular reports, analyzing data, developing dashboards, and supporting various departments with data-driven insights. This role includes maintaining data accuracy and security while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) and data analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to generate and interpret reports and dashboards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Experience in the background screening industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
