We are currently seeking a well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused **Female Receptionist** to be the face of our salon and ensure every client feels valued from the moment they walk in.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet clients and make them feel welcome
- Schedule and manage appointments via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person
- Coordinate with stylists and beauty professionals for smooth client flow
- Handle billing, payments, and maintain client records
- Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable at all times
- Promote salon services and special offers to walk-in clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to client queries professionally
- Female, well-spoken, friendly, and presentable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of salon services and beauty treatments is a plus
- Proficient with appointment scheduling systems or willing to learn
- Positive attitude, multitasker, and team player
- Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
