**Job Summary**

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
**4.Employer Branding**:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice by creating engaging job advertisements and representing the brand at job fairs and events.
**5.Collaboration**:
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
- Advise on hiring trends, market conditions, and talent availability.
**6.Compliance & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience in [specific industry] is a plus).
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
