Role Overview:
**Eligibility**
1. Experience - 3.5 Years in the administration customer employee relation role
2. Age - 30+ Female applicants
3. Ernakulam applicants preferred
Key Responsibilities:
**Accounts Monitoring**
- Ensure timely invoicing to customers and follow up on payments.
**Recruitment**
- Collaborate with department heads to fulfil hiring needs.
**Administration**
- Update and maintain employee records for compliance and accuracy.
- Track and manage leave records and process leave requests.
- Ensure timely payment of professional taxes and maintain compliance with statutory regulations.
- Provide general administrative support, including office supplies management and document organisation.
- Facilitate monthly and weekly performance reviews for employees, coordinating with team leaders and managers.
- Customers calls handling and project assigning to team
- Vendor management
**Project Management**
- Assist in project coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Track progress and prepare reports to support team performance and project completion.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts management, recruitment, and office administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and EXCEL
