- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and the ability to evaluate technical skills.
