We are hiring Legal Associate in Real-estate for Bhubaneswar location

Key responsibilities of Legal Associate in Real-estate

Drafting of real estat documentation and liaising with relevant departments

Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions for outright purchase, long term leases

Reviewing and preparing leases and amendments and identifying any legal risks in the real estate documentations

Drafting memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements etc and other deeds in relation to property.

Actively participate and lead the discussions for the legal aspects of a Companys lease / real estate purchases.

Responsible for coordinating real estate legal matters.in conjunction with external law firms and senior advocates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
