**Role**: To handle all medical queries from patients and handling daily medical operations and co-ordination.

**Key Tasks**:

- To review medical reports of patients.
- Assessing medical reports to identify next step of treatment plan for patients.
- Performing medical examinations and diagnosis.
- To conduct tele-consultations for patients when required.
- To take medical related phone calls and prescribe medicines as needed.
- To co-ordinate with other medical third party partners when needed.
- To co-ordinate with specialist doctors as per the patients case.
- Maintaining patient records and reports.
- Updating patient information on CRM and patient portal.
- Relationship management with other third party partners.
- Tie-ups with specialists as per requirements.
- Patient home - visits if required or accompanying them for any medical related appointments if needed.
- Dealing with patient emergency co-ordination.
- Supervising the Customer Care Executives.
- Supervising tele-callers when required.
- Reviewing patient calendars.
- Co-ordination with billing when required.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of experience

Qualified doctor with certification

License to prescribe medicines.

Worked with a senior doctor or hospital before.

Good communication skills.

Basic computer skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
