Artifex HR is hiring for Diamond Jewellery brand in Chennai.

Industry - Jewellery

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Minimum 2 yrs experience in Inventory management. Should have worked with Jewellery software ERP’s.
- To check all inward stock (new purchase/ repairs / stock alteration/ raw material purchase & samples) by invoice value, weights and do a quality inspection of the product.
- To ensure all products are BIS hallmarked, HUID & Diamond certification (by grade & weights mentioned in the certifications and purchase Invoices.
- To monitor & document logistics of inward & outward stock (repairs, alterations, samples, raw material, photo-shoots, approvals, scrap testing, gold melting) and track & take acknowledgement from recipient of the stock sent.
- To stay updated with all regulatory norms related to quality standards of our jewellery, logistics processes local/national/international, and cost of all compliances related to jewellery certifications.
- To monitor data entry of the stock with invoice (by pieces, weights and value) and check for errors before tagging and display. Make sure each product is priced and tagged as per product positioning in-store.
- To monitor and inspect all product prices listed on the website and periodically update the webtag sheet prices and coordinate with the tech team to update.
- To be a co-custodian of all stock inside store and monitor opening / closing stock every day.
- To ensure support to the Inventory Manager
- You would be required to develop practical systems to ensure administration and discipline
- Should not at any time take with you any drawings, designs, models or record in any form out of the retail premises for usage other than those authorized by the company.
- To maintain business secrecy and not disclose / divulge / publish, during tenure of your employment or subsequently, any confidential and secret information concerning the business or finance of the Company.
- Will perform random checks on Inventory - physical
- Will ensure daily reporting to HO in prescribed formats.
- Will actively plan and improvise systems to ensure timely deliveries of jewellery and information
- To manage all documents/ bills filing neatly and make it available to management & auditors

**Additional co-responsibility**

To guide the support team in execution of all activities, not limited to, regulating storage for all other materials beyond those that can be classified as gems & jewellery.
