**Position Title: Steward**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas of the establishment, including but not limited to the kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces.

2. Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment using appropriate sanitation methods.

3. Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.

4. Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with established procedures.

5. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of supplies and equipment.

6. Support kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks as needed.

7. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

8. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards.

5. Strong attention to detail.

6. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
