We are obsessed about design. It’s not just about the product but about each and every element we create for brand Ather. For us, good design is a significant part of the multitude of things that come together to offer a great experience. No matter what the touchpoint is or how small the interaction is. As we scale our business across India, we are looking for a Communication Designer who help scale the brand from x to 10x without losing any of the core design essence we have thoughtfully crafted and preserved so far.

What you’ll do at Ather:

- Design Campaigns for customer acquisition, based on the brand requirement and internal brief (Demand generation, test ride, brand building, Ather Grid)
- Conceptualize creative, communication, design, and content solutions to build desirability in launch markets
- Create content & campaigns to position Ather as an organisation in the PR space
- Build the personality of the brand in existing & new markets
- Conceptualize and design brand identity, visual systems for new products, verticals, subsidiaries, associations etc.
- Designing physical collaterals and assets which accompany the product. Example: user manual, packaging for CI solutions
- Partner with the Brand team to get and understand the brief for all design requirements

Collaborate with external agencies and media partners for the execution of creative campaigns across channels with the support of the media team.
- Build team and mentor junior designers.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Experience in motion graphics will be preferred

- Understanding people - An interest in listening to and understanding the motivation, intentions, and experience of teams and customers and translating it into requirements
- Producing output - Work quickly and multitask between multiple project requirements

You bring to Ather:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Graphic Design/Arts
- 6-9 years of relevant experience
