**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct or assist with **Sedex Member Ethical Trade Audits (SMETA)**, ensuring compliance with ethical trade practices, social compliance, and sustainability standards.
- Conduct or support audits related to **FSSC 22000**, **ISO 22000**, **NPOP**, **NOP**, and **BRCGS**, ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Ensure compliance with Sedex standards related to labor, health & safety, environmental, and business ethics.
- Review and analyze audit reports, identify non-conformities, and develop **corrective action plans (CAP)** for multiple audit processes.
- Maintain accurate audit records and documentation across various auditing standards.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure audit schedules and requirements are met.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions and follow-up on the closure of non-compliance issues across all audits.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in **Sedex**, **SMETA**, **FSSC 22000**, **ISO 22000**, **NPOP**, **NOP**, **BRCGS**, and other relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support the development and improvement of internal policies related to ethical compliance, sustainability, and food safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the implementation of corrective actions from audit findings and continuously improve audit processes.
- Support with the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits, as required.
- Assist with training and awareness programs for internal stakeholders regarding audit compliance requirements.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of experience in Sedex audits, SMETA, or related ethical compliance roles. Familiarity with **FSSC 22000**, **ISO 22000**, **NPOP**, **NOP**, and **BRCGS** auditing standards is preferred.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Environmental Studies, Food Safety, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with **Sedex platform** and reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of **ethical trade**, social compliance, food safety, quality standards, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent **communication skills**, both verbal and written.
- Strong **attention to detail** and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Report writing skills**.

**Preferred**:

- **Certification** in Sedex, SMETA, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or other relevant audit certifications.
- Experience in **supply chain management**, **corporate social responsibility (CSR)**, and **food safety compliance**.

**Salary**:
₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per year
