**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a UI UX designer to join our team. As a UI UX designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces, creating visuals, and delivering high
- quality graphic content for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet user needs and goals.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and clients.
- Create visual designs, illustrations, and graphics that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and aesthetically appealing.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
- Ensure designs are consistent across all platforms and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

**Compensation And Benefits**:
Compensation will depend on the skills (Soft & technical) and competencies. The interviewer will define it based on the interview and, if required, based on the task assigned to the interviewee.
