**Supply Chain Excellence IBSL**

**POSITION PURPOSE**:

- To lead SCM for Small Holder Farmer Initiative / Projects in IBSL
- To support manufacturing Landscape projects and Risk Mitigation plans in order to drive for 1 Bn target through cross functionalcol collaboration at cluster, regional and global
- To drive Digital projects and Automation of Business Process like - One customer view & process automation to gain on efficiencies & Data Analytics Development - Tableau Platform Implementation of Global Supply Chain Tool, Processes & Best practices Planning Process Harmonization in CP, Seeds and ES
- Accountable for Inventory Planning & Control Management for IBSL Working Capital (Cash Flow) Management
- Support SCM on Forecast Accuracy Management and create awareness among sales team
- S&OP meeting as per TRUST S&OP Guidelines
- Incremental Demand Plan along with Marketing Team for next 5-6 years and its impact on Manufacturing Landscape
- Lead SCM for Small Holder Farmer Initiative / Projects
- Lead the Knowledge sharing management and sharing Performance Indicators

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead projects, prepare & analyze business case with project teamand. Execute complete implementation of Mfg landscape decisions to strive 1 bn for new & existing product manufacturing capabilities Make in India Or Import along with Global, Regional & Cross functional Team Regulatory, Marketing, FFP, Procurement, Quality, PS Controlling
- To drive Digital projects and Automation of Business Process like One customer view & robotic process automation to gain on efficiencies at customer service
- Developing automated Realtime user friendly Dashboards for ease of data analysis in Tableau.
- Responsible for forecasting activities for CP, Seed and ES IBSL
- Reviewing Statistical forecast in LSDP Deltamaster tool and aligning the same with Commercial function
- Responsible for Forecast Accuracy analysis & Simulation tool - Providing Strategic Inputs and support Business Excellence Team
- Ensure Automated working of algorithms for correct signals of Finished goods, Raw material, Packaging material in APO Advance Planner Optimizer
- Forecasting based on channel Inventory. Set Threshold level of channel inventory against forecast
- Responsible for Tracking Inventory to Sales Ratio and suggest corrective actions for its improvement for CP, ES, Seeds - IBSL
- Inventory Budgeting Yearly activity. Budgeting next year's inventory based on the global Inventory Analysis, Monthly actual Inventory comparison with estimate.
- Analyzing the reasons for deviations & preparing comments on the deviation for Corporate Controlling department. for CP, ES, Seeds - IBSL Inventory Estimation including Raw Materials, Finished Goods, and Goods in Transit levels in line with TRUST guidelines of Pull Yes, Pull No and Push inventory for CP, ES, Seeds IBSL
- Collaborate with Marketing team for demand plan for 5-6 years and review possibilities of integrating with existing mfg. landscape or new development in mfg. network.
- Responsible for sharing Monthly CIB Reports to regulatory department for own manufacturing plants and Tollers
- Review Existing Manufacturing landscape, identify Risk and plan Risk Mitigation actions.
- Bring Flexibility of production network across all manufacturing sites ensuring portfolio.
- Collaborate with Regulatory team to initiate regulatory approvals & registrations for mfg. sites
- Leading Sustainability initiatives in SCM through reaching out to community / small holder farmers
- Coordinate for the working Capital Management - Cashflow analysis for imports and exports of material & sharing to finance dept.
- Drive Knowledge Management Academy to cross functional colleagues to enable optimization of financial targets
- Coordinate for Knowledge exchange between TM, commercial team existing Forecasting process to execute standardized process
- Ensure all Supply Chain Processes being followed & prepare input for Supply Chain Global Audit

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- University Degree in Science or Business administration preferably with a major in Supply Chain.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Digitization of business processes, Planning,Inventory management
- Good level of Exposure to SAP, APO, SCM ERPs Good knowledge of MS office, Excel, Power point, etc. Min 7-10 years of Supply Chain experience
