**Supply Chain Excellence IBSL**

**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Drive SC Excellence Strategy in SCM cluster to deliver best customer experience, Cost and Cash Optimization & Efficiency
- Set the strategic direction and roadmap for SC excellence in IBSL cluster
- Drive and integrate the SCM strategic framework,
- Drive digital transformation & Innovation, SC Process Excellence across E2E Supply Chain
- Support team capability development & Change Management

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive SC Excellence Strategy in IBSL cluster
- Set Strategic SC Excellence Roadmap for IBSL: Coordinate among SCM team, key stakeholder in countries to understand the areas for improvement & transformation, connect with Regional SC Excellence experts to develop/ prioritize/ budget for SCE initiatives
- Support Business Operation through successful implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives (ODCE, CORE, JARVIS, effective Scenario Planning, Multifactory, OCV enhancements, ) support in driving S&OP, S&OE process, their enhancement & adoption in cluster.
- Support business in building SCM strategy in any G2M strategy enhancements, ABM strategies, help SCM cluster lead in driving 1Bn € strategy to support import strategies, secure supplies and alternate sourcing strategies amongst stakeholders.
- Support business in driving SCM topics effectively amongst the SCM champions in Customer Facing squads to create value to the organization (E.g. FCA, ISR, Scenario visibility, Cost.)
- Foster innovation, digitization and improve E2E supply chain visibility both CP and RC
- Drive systems and SC process improvement & new implementation: Understand the E2E SC process across IBSL cluster to better harmonize, standardize existing processes, tools and systems, Drive best practice sharing across countries/clusters, leverage the knowledge; drive the risk and change management.
- Foster data driven decisions, lead knowledge management
- Support people development & mentoring to build high team performance and collaborate with DSO champions from L1 SCM teams to enable driving DSO ways of working, collaboration and co-creation.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain
- 8+ years experience in SCM Planning/ E2E functionality.
- Financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data, define strategic alternatives and deliver business value
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex priorities and ambiguity
- Problem-solving, communication & collaboration skills
- Demonstrated strong skills in managing and influencing stakeholders
