**Job description**

The **General Duty Assistant Trainer** is responsible for the initial and ongoing education and training, including competency assessments. The GDA trainer will create and maintain training curriculum, develop and maintain training. He will teach students how to perform phlebotomy procedures correctly and safely. GDA trainers may also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department. This might include scheduling classes, providing feedback on student performance, and ensuring that students have access to all necessary equipment and supplies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teaching students about the field of GDA.
- Assessing student progress and readiness for clinical practice.
- Developing and updating lesson plans and materials.
- Conducting one-on-one sessions with students to provide individualized instruction on topics.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in a health related field, such as BSc, GNM or Nursing.
- Prior experience as a GDA trainer.
- Prior experience of working in Government projects.
- TOT Certified

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Training & development: 2 years (required)
