- **Editing Event Videos**: Edit event footage to create highlight reels, promotional videos, recap videos, and other video content for marketing purposes.
- **Photo Editing**: Edit event photos to enhance quality, adjust lighting, color correction, and retouching as needed.
- **Creative Conceptualization**: Collaborate with the event management team to conceptualize creative ideas for video and photo content that align with the event's theme and objectives.
- **Post-Production Work**: Handle post-production tasks such as audio editing, adding visual effects, transitions, and graphics to videos.
- **Content Management**: Organize and manage a library of event footage and photos for easy access by the event management team for future use.
- **Meeting Deadlines**: Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality video and photo content for promotional materials, social media, and other marketing channels.
- **Technical Expertise**: Stay updated on the latest video and photo editing software and techniques to ensure the use of industry-standard tools and practices.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members such as videographers, photographers, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive and high-quality event content.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements for video and photo content, and incorporate their feedback into the editing process.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all video and photo content meets the company's quality standards and reflects the brand's image and message effectively.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the budget allocated for video and photo editing projects, including expenses related to software licenses, equipment, and freelance contractors if needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of video and photo editing processes within the company.
- Produce, edit and design digital content for the company.
- Edit raw footage and create a seamless final product that stays true to the brand.
- Edit videos using tools in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ensure every video meets brand standards and is delivered on time
- Execute final production for digital output, including: color correction/ balance, sound design/audio mixing, and exporting
- Ensure our key messages and goals are incorporated into the videos.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
- Export projects with necessary codecs to deliver appropriate file types for various platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram.
- Edit captured video ranging from short-form to long-form pieces.

**Requirements and qualifications**
- Previous work experience as a video editor.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
