**Position Overview**:We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and visually compelling video content for various projects. From short social media clips to longer promotional videos, you will use your expertise in editing software and storytelling skills to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand identity and communication objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**: Utilize industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to edit raw footage into polished and cohesive videos that meet project requirements.

**Storytelling**: Understand the narrative and messaging goals of each project and skillfully weave together footage, audio, graphics, and effects to convey a compelling story.

**Visual Enhancements**: Enhance video quality through color correction, audio balancing, image stabilization, and other post-production techniques to ensure the highest level of visual appeal.

**Creative Input**: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute innovative concepts that elevate the video content and improve overall project outcomes.

**Asset Management**: Organize and manage video files, graphics, and other assets efficiently to ensure smooth editing workflows and easy access for future use.

**Motion Graphics and Animation**: Incorporate motion graphics and animation elements when needed to add visual interest and reinforce the video's message.

**Client and Team Communication**: Work closely with clients and team members to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and incorporate feedback during the editing process.

**Deadline Management**: Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality videos within specified deadlines.

**Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, new video editing techniques, software updates, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance skills and stay ahead in the field.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Professional Experience**: Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging and visually stunning videos across various genres.

**Proficient in Editing Software**: In-depth knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.

**Creative Eye**: A keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics, with the ability to transform raw footage into captivating storytelling.

**Technical Skills**: Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, frame rates, and other technical aspects of video production.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment and understand and implement client feedback.

**Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work.

**Adaptability**: Flexible and able to adapt to evolving project requirements and changes in the production process.

**Passion for Video**: Demonstrated passion for video editing and a strong desire to stay updated with industry advancements and emerging trends.

**Education**:A degree or diploma in film editing, video production, multimedia, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. A strong portfolio and relevant work experience will be given equal consideration.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
