**Job Summary**
- **This position is for support/service of Texma ERP Software.**
The executive will be given knowledge about the initial level Software/Module/ERP from the advanced team and then he will be deployed to give support to clients. The executive will be required to understand and document the problem raised by the client. The executive will try to solve the problem as per the standard documentation and take confirmation from the client for satisfaction. In case they are unable to solve the issue on their own or the specific issue requires permission of the manager, then they will have to refer to the manager.
Additionally, the executive will be expected to provide report at day end and be very much familiar with Microsoft office. The individual must stay current with new developments in the products, attend training in new tools and features, and recommend best practices and User Guides. Should be able to conduct training for new users, new software, and mentoring.

- Good communication skills English (required) and Hindi (required)
**Responsibilities**:
- Support queries from customers and verify issues faced
- Interface with technology team to solve issues in defined timeline
- Train customers on various features of software solutions
- Analysis of customer issues, queries and improve response mechanism
- Training to end users for all modules.
- Coordinating with ERP Users to solve their query.
- User Access management.
- Providing functional support to all department.
- Taking ownership for incidents and follow up for status on behalf of end user and keep posting them in timely manner.
- Arrange for external technical support where issues cannot be resolve at First contact resolution. Timely analysis whether any service or replacement required.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
