**Field Executive will be having following Role/Responsibilities -**
- **Installation**: Install and configure Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and electronic devices in various customer vehicles.
- **Repair**: Diagnose and repair issues with VTS and electronic devices, ensuring their proper functionality.
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Support and Training**: Provide technical support to customers and conduct training sessions to ensure they can use our products effectively.
- **Resident Engineer**: Serve as a resident engineer in Bangalore, with the possibility of traveling to other regions as required by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical diploma or ITI in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar field service / Field Executive or technical support of at least 6 months.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Two-wheeler with a valid driver's license is a must.
- Android mobile phone is required for communication and reporting.
- Willingness to travel across all customers in Bangalore, Mangalore, and occasionally to other places as needed.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
