Job Summary:
Experienced Field Service Technician with 3+ Years’ experience in providing technical support, Trouble shooting and installation of Air Curtains / PVC Strip Curtain / Pest Control Products / Sliding / Swing Glass Doors. This role requires technical skill, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. The technician will work independently and may be required to travel to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation of our product at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on-site.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during service visits.
- Document service activities and maintain records.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
- Teaching customers how to use equipment properly.
- Establishing strong client relationships.
- Answering customer questions and address concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Should have completed SSLC and diploma or equivalent in the related field.
- Minimum experience in the related field.
- Technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication are essential.
