**Job Summary**:
- Looking for an Office Assistant (Female) position in a growing safety system organization. Handling administration and back-office work. Passionate about learning business concepts and possess the ability to handle work pressure and customer issues professionally. Have exceptional advisory skills to introduce new schemes and help customers to meet their financial goals.
**Key Activities & Responsibilities**:
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
**Education**:
- Bachelors in any field.
**Required Skills and Capabilities**:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Understanding industry regulations and safety standards is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,389.35 - ₹15,000.00 per month
