We are looking for qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and after Sales Support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and offering customer support
- Resolving Customer grievances and complaints brought to your attention.
- Assuring standardization of service delivery
- Maintaining call records of each call for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- 06 months to 2 years of experience working as Customer Service Executive or similar position in Customer Service Department.
- Excellent Computer proficiency
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge
- software/hardware to enhance customer support.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune - 411057, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IoT Customer Service Support: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Work Location: One location
