**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across all media.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, copywriters, and developers to understand design needs, create visual concepts, and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- **Revisions & Feedback**: Actively take part in design reviews, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- **Creative Concepting**: Generate new ideas and creative approaches for design projects to help the company stay ahead of trends and connect with audiences.
- **Multimedia Design**: Create multimedia assets such as video graphics, animations, and other visual content for online platforms.
- **File Preparation**: Prepare and export files for production, print, and online publication, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and quality.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design work.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills and creativity.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), with experience in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) being a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Knowledge of digital and print design techniques.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication skills, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with web design and UI/UX principles.
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience in designing for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, [flexible/remote/in-office] position.
- Regular office hours [or specify the working hours, if applicable].
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
