The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Designing visually appealing static posts for social mediaCreating reels and short-form video contentEnsuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and visual identityMaintaining consistency in style, tone, and overall look across platformsDESIGN STYLE & THEMEOur visual direction is editorial minimalism with strong colour contrast.Depending on the theme of the content, the contrast and palette must be thoughtfully developedWe value clean layouts, bold yet minimal compositions, and intentional use of colour and typographyAPPLY ONLY IF, you resonate with this aesthetic and are confident you can deliver refined and on-brand visuals.QualificationsProficiency in Graphics and Graphic DesignExperience with creating reels and short-form videosExperience in Design and BrandingKnowledge and application of TypographyStrong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsProficiency with design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Effective communication and collaboration skillsA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferredExperience in digital design or UI/UX is a plus
