**Position**: Tandoor Commi II

**About Us**:
Ocean View Restaurant, Café & Party Hall is one of the most popular dining and party destinations in Mohali, known for our authentic flavors, premium ambiance, and exceptional service. We are expanding our kitchen team and inviting passionate culinary professionals to join us.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook Indian breads (naan, roti, kulcha, paratha) and tandoori snacks (tikkas, kebabs, etc.) with consistency and quality.
- Assist in preparation and cooking of Indian main course dishes in coordination with senior chefs.
- Handle marination, mise-en-place, and daily kitchen operations efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the tandoor and kitchen areas.
- Follow portion control, presentation standards, and restaurant recipes.
- Work as an **essential part of the team**, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tandoor Commi in a reputed restaurant.
- Proper knowledge of Indian breads, tandoori snacks, and Indian main course gravies.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
