**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect to take forward the design and development process after receiving preliminary layouts from our Civil Engineering team. The Architect will be responsible for enhancing the initial structural layouts into complete architectural designs, incorporating functionality, aesthetics, regulatory compliance, and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze initial layouts provided by Civil Engineers.
- Develop detailed architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings.
- Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their functional needs, design preferences, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with various consultants (MEP, structural, interior designers, landscape, etc.) to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Select materials, finishes, and design elements that align with the project's vision.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and management.
- Modify designs based on feedback, technical issues, or site constraints.
- Assist in preparing detailed construction drawings and documentation for execution.
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent is followed during construction.
- Stay updated with current architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.)
- Understanding of structural layouts and ability to coordinate with civil engineering inputs.
- Excellent visual awareness and attention to detail.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliances.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
