- Collaborate with writers, editors, and graphic designers to determine layout requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to formatting and printing, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in desktop publishing software and design principles.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of DTP software.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in project management or coordination roles is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in desktop publishing and design is highly desirable.
