Role Overview
We are looking for a
DTP (Desktop Publishing) Designer
who will be responsible for designing and formatting documents, brochures, reports, and other communication materials in line with EdTerra's branding guidelines. The role requires a creative eye, attention to detail, and proficiency in publishing/design software to produce high-quality output for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, layout, and format educational and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, itineraries, newsletters, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all designed materials.
  • Collaborate with the editorial, marketing, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver accurate, engaging designs.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors when required.
  • Edit and adapt existing templates and designs for different requirements.
  • Review and proofread layouts to identify and correct errors before publishing.
  • Stay updated with current design trends and recommend improvements in layout and style.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a DTP Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office.
  • Strong eye for design, typography, and layout details.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of print production and digital publishing standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
