Alangkaar Weddings is a fast-growing Indian wedding and events planning company, dedicated to creating memorable, culturally vibrant, and elegant celebrations. We’re expanding our digital presence and looking for a talented **Digital Designer** who can bring our vision to life across multiple platforms.

**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a **creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer** to develop and optimize our **landing pages**, **Facebook ad creatives**, **blog layouts**, and **website designs**. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure a consistent brand look and feel, while also driving high engagement and conversion rates. **Key Responsibilities**

1. **Landing Page Design & Optimization**
- Design visually stunning, user-friendly landing pages that drive leads and conversions.
- Implement A/B testing to refine user experience and improve performance metrics.

2. **Facebook Ad Creatives**
- Conceptualize and design Facebook ad graphics, carousels, and video thumbnails.
- Work with marketing to align visuals and copy for maximum impact.

3. **Blog & Website Layouts**
- Develop engaging blog templates and layouts that blend well with our brand identity.
- Regularly update website designs to keep content fresh and visually appealing.

4. **Brand Consistency**
- Ensure all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines, reflecting the rich culture and elegance of Indian weddings.
- Maintain a cohesive visual language across all online channels.

5. **Collaboration & Communication**
- Coordinate with copywriters, photographers, and marketing managers to align design with content strategies.
- Participate in brainstorm sessions for upcoming campaigns and events.

6. **Performance Tracking**
- Use analytics tools to track design performance (click-through rates, conversions, bounce rates).
- Suggest design improvements based on data insights and best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio).
- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch; bonus if you have experience with HubSpot.
- **Web Platforms**: Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **UI/UX Principles**: Familiarity with user experience best practices, responsive design, and landing page optimization.
- **Creativity & Aesthetics**: Strong eye for color, typography, and layout—especially relevant to Indian wedding motifs and cultural elements.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to interpret metrics (conversion rates, CTR, etc.) and translate insights into design improvements.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Experience**
- 1-3 years of professional experience in digital design or similar roles (e.g., UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer).
- Exposure to e-commerce or event-based industries is an added advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing landing pages, ad creatives, and website/blog designs.
