Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at MTechZilla, you will translate ideas into engaging interfaces that users love to interact with. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, project managers, and clients to design experiences that are both visually stunning and strategically effective.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and analytics.
- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and visual brand consistency.
- Create marketing and digital assets such as social media graphics, visuals, and videos when required.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their design goals and present creative concepts effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, no-code tools, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong command over Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Affinity Designer.
- Experience with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code tools for interactive prototypes or live builds.
- Video editing and graphic design proficiency are a plus.
- Understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create design systems, component libraries, and responsive layouts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
- Collaborative mindset with a detail-oriented and creative approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
