**Job Description**:

- Conduct Training Sessions on Soft Skills, Communication, Business English, Leadership skills
- Conduct organization-wide Soft skill training need assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Liaise in with the Talent Management team to smoothly run the training sessions.
- Conduct regular training sessions to work towards grooming personality and improving communication and interpersonal skills of employees.
- Prepare training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related materials.
- Maintain training database/records, like attendance, feedbacks etc.
- Create innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive.
- Coordinate with the services team in order to ensure proper training arrangements.

Sharing monthly reports with the management as per the requirement

**Job Specification**:

- Pleasing Personality, Well Groomed, Positive and Friendly attitude, Passion for training, Maturity, Previous Experience in Soft Skills Training.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer in IT industry.
- Should have a pleasing personality with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Confident with the self-driven approach.
- Should have a passion for training and the ability to connect with people.
- Any certification in training will be an added advantage.
