**Position**: Office Administration - Faculty
**Location**: Cochin, Kerala
**Department**: Office Administration
**Reports To**: Department Head/Program Director
**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Teaching**:
- Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars for office administration courses.
- Develop and implement course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Collaborate with colleagues to review and update the office administration curriculum.
- Integrate current industry trends and technologies into the course content.
- Develop and maintain course materials that align with accreditation standards.
- **Student Assessment and Support**:
- Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and projects.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to students to support their academic progress.
- Offer academic advising and mentoring to students.
- **Professional Development**:
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in office administration.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and faculty meetings.
- Engage in scholarly activities, such as research and publications, related to office administration.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees and activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- A Degree/Master’s degree in Commerce or Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in office administration or a related area.
- Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to office administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
