Position: HRM Faculty (Full-Time + Online Evening Sessions)

Job Type: Full-Time (Offline) + Part-Time (Online Evening)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Offline) + 2 Hours Night Session (Online)

Total Working Time: 8 Hours

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Work Location: Kalamassery (Offline) + Work From Home (Online)

Job Description

Ignite Skill Academy is looking for a committed and knowledgeable Human Resource Management (HRM) Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, teaching capability, and the ability to handle both HRM and Office Administration courses. This role includes full-time offline teaching during the day and part-time online sessions at night.

Responsibilities

• Deliver well-structured and engaging offline classes for HRM and Office Administration programs.
• Conduct online sessions for 2 hours during the night as part of course requirements.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Guide and mentor students to improve their HR and administrative skills.
• Ensure smooth progress of course modules and maintain high training quality.
• Track student performance and provide feedback regularly.
• Uphold academic standards and contribute to curriculum enhancement.

Required Experience

• 2–8 years of teaching or industry experience in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, or related domains.

Educational Qualification

• MBA – Human Resource Management (HRM)
• MBA – General with specialization in HR
• PGDM – Human Resource Management
• Additional certification or experience in Office Administration training is preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR concepts, labour laws, organisational behaviour, and administrative procedures.
• Ability to teach both HRM and Office Administration courses effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Capability to handle offline classes and online sessions professionally.
• Candidates from Kalamassery or Aluva area will be given preference.
• Commitment to student development and training excellence.
