**Internship Opportunity: Microsoft Exchange Administrator**

**Role Overview**:
As a Microsoft Exchange Administrator Intern, you will:

- Learn and assist in configuring, managing, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange servers (2013, 2016, 2019) in hybrid environments.
- Support the team in troubleshooting mail flow, database, and connectivity issues.
- Participate in server hardening, upgrades, and patch management projects.
- Develop PowerShell scripting skills to automate administrative tasks.
- Create and update documentation for Exchange configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Educational Background**: Competed degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- ** Basic Knowledge**: Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, POP3, IMAP protocols, or related technologies is a plus.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
- ** Communication**: Ability to collaborate in diverse environments and effectively communicate technical concepts.
- ** Adaptability**: Comfortable working with translation tools and in non-English-speaking environments.
