**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage and administer Microsoft Exchange on-prem Server, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and availability.
- Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and updates to keep Exchange Server and associated components up to date.
- Configure and manage mailbox policies, retention policies, and other user-related settings.
- Implement and maintain security measures to Secure Exchange Server from threats, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.
- Provide technical guidance and support for projects involving Exchange Server integration or migration.

**Skills Required**:

- Microsoft Messaging - Should have excellent understanding of Microsoft Messaging Platform, both OnPrem and Exchange Online
- Team Player - Role holder required collobrate with wider Team members in terms of business requirement, policy, & critical incident.
- Support Techincal projects - provide Techical support to ongoing messaging related projects
- Stakeholder management, with the ability to hold others to account, align and influence via Storytelling

**Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Exchange Administrator, with a focus on Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
- Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and Exchange Online environments.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users, peers, and management.
