**Job Summary**:
The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the operations of the stores, field service, and customer support departments. This role ensures that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards. The Operations Manager will focus on optimizing processes, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving departmental goals while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Management**:
- Supervise daily operations of stores, field service, and customer support teams.
- Implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure proper inventory management and store operations.
- Oversee service scheduling and ensure timely response to customer service requests.
**2. Team Leadership & Development**:
- Manage, mentor, and train department supervisors and staff.
- Monitor performance and productivity levels, providing feedback and support to optimize team performance.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.
**3. Customer Support & Service Delivery**:
- Ensure customer support processes meet company standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and improve the service quality and response times of field service teams.
**4. Coordination & Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between the branch manager and departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and successful project execution.
**5. Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions.
- Ensure the use of best practices and tools to enhance operational performance.
**6. Safety & Compliance**:
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
**7. Reporting & Analysis**:
- Generate operational reports for the branch manager, highlighting key metrics such as customer satisfaction, service delivery performance, and inventory levels.
- Analyse data to make informed decisions and provide recommendations for improvement.
**Key Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in operations management, with exposure to store, service, and customer support management.
- Proven track record of managing Cross functional teams.
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and service delivery processes
**Working Conditions**:
This role may require occasional travel to different service locations or customer sites.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
