Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads and program managers to identify training needs and develop trainer profiles based on program requirements.

Source potential trainers through various channels, including online job portals, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs for selected trainers.

Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of engagement with trainers, ensuring compliance with institute policies and budget constraints.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new trainers, including orientation, training, and integration into the institute's culture and systems.

Maintain accurate records of trainer profiles, contracts, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Monitor trainer performance, collect feedback from participants, and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of trainer recruitment efforts

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
