Who is Coordinator, Global Partners?

What you will be responsible for?
- Provide ongoing support to the affiliate management process
- Liaise with Global Affiliate network and partners to manage administrative requirements
- Monitor and review reports ensuring compliance
- Coordinate the renewal of contracts and re-credentialing on an annual basis
- Conduct audits to ensure that providers adhere to LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell clinical and service standards
- Support interfacing processes with queries
- Monitor provider activity data by generating weekly reports
- Set up Global team meetings, take minutes, reconcile invoices, and support global projects
- Provide data-driven reports to partners monthly
- Data cleansing
- Review and prepare GDEAP data utilization report annually
- Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests and RFP inquiries
- Support the maintenance of the partner portal

What do you need to be successful and perform better in this role?
- Degree in IT, Business Analysis is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a global corporate environment, specifically in customer service.
- Strong experience in Data cleansing, Data manipulation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide variety of request types
- English proficiency is required
- Comfortable to work in shift starting as soon as 6 am IST ending as late as 3 pm IST.

Where permitted by law, LifeWorks employees must be fully immunized to access a LifeWorks office or customer premises.
