Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Junior Executive - Logistics located in Bangalore.

What a typical day looks like:

- To manage the Defective Pickup and Deliveries from WH for Repair and Return.
- Compile the Daily Pickup and Delivery status reports.
- Follow-up with couriers for Over Due Pickup and Deliveries.
- Create Pickup request, AWB & E Waybill for pickups.
- Identify the low performing lanes and rotate couriers to improve the performance.
- Share data for weekly and monthly meeting with customers.
- Respond all mails from internal and external customers regarding Logistics.
- Take care of the dedicated vehicle movement from Flex to Customer and back.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Logistics Operations.
- Experience in After Market Support
- Experience in Telecom Industry (Either in Manufacturing or in After Market Support)
- Should have experience in Space Management
- Excellent knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, Power Point etc.
