**Work Experience** **:2-4 years in Manufacturing company (pref Pharma/ CD/ FMCG).
- ** Accounts Receivables**
- Customer Receipts clearing
- Outstanding follow up
- Reconciling / Resolving short Payments issues
- Issuing Credit note / Debit note
- Aging Reports
- ** Accounts Payable**
- Processing the claims and Summarizing them under various heads (Vendor wise) for final finance approvals
- Analyzing the vendor accounts
- Maintaining the Claims Tracker V/s Funding Tracker
- Payment advice (generating from Vendor code)
- Working / coordinating with CBS Payable team
- ** Old Outstanding Reconciliation**
- Reconciling old outstanding with customers / CP Sales team and warehouses (Rate and Qty Difference).

**Others**:

- Monthly Reports - Ageing, DSO, ADP, NRR, Prov for Bad Debts
- Monthly P&L's

**Soft Skills Required**:

- Good / strong on MS excel
- Hands on Experience on SAP
- Reasonable communication skills for discussing with customers finance team/ CP Warehouse
