We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Green Energy Executive with 1-3 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, specifically in Bio Diesel, renewable energy sectors such as CBG (Compressed Biogas) Plant, CNG/CBG Station, Solar Energy, and Manufacturing of Hydrogen/Ethanol/Methanol plants. As a Green Energy Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's transition towards sustainable energy solutions while leveraging your expertise in the oil & gas domain.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. CBG Plant Management: Oversee the Installations, operations and maintenance of CBG plants, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. Implement strategies to enhance CBG production efficiency and maximize output.
2. CNG/CBG Station Management: Set up and operations of CNG/CBG stations, including procurement, distribution, and customer service. Monitor station performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
3. Solar Energy Projects: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement solar energy projects. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and financial analyses to identify viable solar energy opportunities.
4. Renewable Energy Plant Manufacturing: Coordinate the manufacturing process of Hydrogen, Ethanol, and Methanol plants, from design to production and quality control. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the green energy sector, including potential partnerships and collaborations. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
6. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements in renewable energy. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
7. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and licensing requirements related to renewable energy projects. Liaise with regulatory agencies and authorities to address compliance issues and facilitate project approvals.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas industry, with a focus on renewable energy initiatives.
Knowledge of CBG, CNG, Solar Energy, and Renewable Energy Plant manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proven track record of project management and business development in the renewable energy sector.
