**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, etc. - _choose the most relevant for your business_).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and video content daily, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activity.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data (metrics, insights) to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Manage paid social media campaigns (optional, depending on your needs, but good to include if it's a future possibility).

**2. Graphic Design**:

- Create compelling infographics, illustrations, and animations (basic animation skills preferred).
- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including images, videos, and design files.
- Assist with other design tasks as needed, such as creating marketing collateral (brochures, flyers) for offline use.

**3. Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Brainstorm and propose new content ideas that align with marketing goals and audience interests.
- Work with internal teams to gather information and create content that accurately represents our products/services.
- Assist in creating short video content for social media (e.g., reels, stories, product demos).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
