**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, hashtags, and best practices
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns when required

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from analytics tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Immediate joiner required
