We are looking for US Mortgage
- Underwriters / Sr. Underwriters (WFM)

Location: Pune and Sholapur

**Salary**: 20k to 40k

Having Good hands on 4Cs, Income Calculations, Compliance Guidelines.

Job Duties/Roles:

- Reviewing loan files according to the agency guidelines (Fannie and Freddie).
- Knowledge of Govt. loans is an added advantage.
- Experience in Non-QM loans is an added advantage.
- Analyze Appraisal report and collateral offered in the loan file to determine acceptability and calculate appropriate LTV ratios for decisions.
- Calculate and analyze LTV/CLTV/HCLTV/DTI/HTI.
- Verify and analyze complex financial statements, asset statements as well as personal and business income tax returns.
- Review the required conditions to approve loan and communicate requirements to appropriate parties.
- Review and analyze compliance related documents. Verify state and federal guidelines for loan compliance.
- Education, Experience and Job skills:

- Graduates / undergraduates with decent English reading & writing skill.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in US Mortgage Underwriting process is preferred for this position.
- Experience- 2 - 6 Years- Salary- 1 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.- Industry- Financial Services / Banking, Investments / Insurance / stock market / Loan- Qualification- Other Bachelor Degree- Key SkillsPolicy Servicing
