Job Title: Graphic Designer

Reports to: Creative Director/Design Manager

Location: Patliputra Patna

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design high-quality visual elements for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.

2. Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

3. Collaborate with the design team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

5. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs within tight timelines.

6. Participate in design critiques and contribute to the improvement of the design team's work.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.

3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

4. Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Design Quality:
1. Consistency in design style and quality (90%).

2. Number of design projects completed to a high standard (80%).

3. Client satisfaction with design work (85%).

Productivity and Efficiency:
1. Average project completion time (within 3-5 working days).

2. Number of design projects completed per month (at least 8-10).

3. Meeting deadlines and delivering designs on time (95%).

Collaboration and Communication:
1. Positive feedback from colleagues and clients on communication and collaboration (80%).

2. Active participation in design critiques and feedback sessions (at least 2-3 per month).

3. Effective communication of design concepts and ideas to stakeholders (90%).

Professional Development:
1. Attendance at design workshops, conferences, or online courses (at least 1-2 per quarter).

2. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices (demonstrated through design work and feedback).

3. Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contributing to the design team's growth (at least 1-2 instances per quarter).
