Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, efficient customer communication, order processing, and timely follow-ups. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Support & Coordination**
- Coordinate daily sales activities with the sales team.
- Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, and follow-up documentation.
- Maintain sales records, databases, and reports.
- Track enquiries, follow up with customers, and share updates with the sales team.
**2. Customer Interaction**
- Provide product information, pricing, and delivery timelines as required.
- Ensure timely communication to customers regarding order status, dispatch, and complaints.
**3. Order Management**
- Process customer orders in the system accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch for timely delivery.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closures.
**4. Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain updated customer database and sales pipeline.
- Support the team in preparing presentations and sales proposals.
**5. Coordination with Internal Departments**
- Liaise with accounts for invoicing and payments.
- Coordinate with service and logistics teams for customer requirements.
- Follow up on payment collections as required.
**Skills & Competencies Required**:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
