**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry, particularly with four-wheelers.
- **Automobile Knowledge**: Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs for four-wheelers.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify customer issues, offer solutions, and manage situations effectively.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Experience with service management software and general office tools.
