**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide them with accurate service recommendations for their vehicles.
- **Service Consultation**: Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance services, and vehicle performance. Provide clear explanations of service estimates and timelines.
- **Work Order Management**: Create and manage detailed service orders, including ensuring all services, parts, and costs are properly documented.
- **Liaise with Technicians**: Work closely with the technical team to communicate customer requirements and ensure high-quality service delivery within agreed timelines.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints or concerns, and build long-term customer relationships.
- **Service Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments, manage service schedules, and prioritize workloads based on urgency and customer needs.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the completion of repairs and services, ensuring the work meets Globe Toyota's quality standards.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate service records, process invoices, and report on service department performance metrics.
- **Upselling**: Identify opportunities for additional services or products (e.g., extended warranties, parts) that may benefit customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with other departments, such as sales and parts, to ensure smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry, particularly with four-wheelers.
- **Automobile Knowledge**: Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs for four-wheelers.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify customer issues, offer solutions, and manage situations effectively.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Experience with service management software and general office tools.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle customer requests efficiently, and maintain service schedules.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- **Automobile Certifications**: Relevant certifications in automotive servicing or repair are a plus.
- **Sales Skills**: Experience with upselling services and additional products.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and service demands.
