About the Role: Health Care Executive - For taking calls and assisting with appointment booking and providing necessary information about our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls.
- Provide service details & assist patients with inquiries.
- Schedule appointments & update patient records.
- Ensure professional communication & follow-ups.

Language Requirement
- English (mandatory).
- Kannada, Hindi and other languages preferred.
- Knowledge of 2+ languages will be an added advantage.

Key Qualities:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes & multitask.
- Healthcare specifically mental health knowledge is a plus.
- 1+ year experience in similar sector would be given preference.

Minimum: High school diploma (higher preferred).
