**JOB TITLE**

PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

**REPORTS TO**

ASST PURCHASE MANAGER

**JOB SUMMARY**:
To extend assistance in the Purchase function

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To prepare the monthly pending status report of the purchase
- To prepare the monthly cash purchase report
- To ensure that quotation of minimum three parties
- To prepare comparative statement with specification
- To ensure various records, registers are maintained
- To check if vendor profile form is maintained
- To supervise the assistant in day to day activities
- Co-ordinate with the seller
- Preliminary negotiation with the parties
- Forwarding comparative statement to the purchase manager for final negotiation
- Complete the formalities after the approval of the supplier
- Co-ordination with the other departments
- Drafting letters
- Corresponding to the suppliers regarding their queries

**Qualification standard**
- Bcom graduate/ mcom
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- INDIRANAGAR, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
