Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - US IT Sales (Night Shift)

Location: Noida

Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

services cater to SMBs, corporates, providing tech development services such as web development, app development, software solutions, cloud services, and comprehensive marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to prospects in various industries and regions to

understand their IT and marketing needs.
- Professionally present our service offerings to CEOs and business owners.
- Set up product demonstration appointments and collaborate with account

executives for training.
- Qualify prospects based on pre-defined criteria.
- Follow up with leads to maintain business relationships.
- Create and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
- Understand and articulate our IT services offerings.
- Address customer objections and respond to FAQs effectively.
- Handle inbound leads and qualify them for the accounts team.
- Support the marketing and development teams with ideas, testing, execution, and

reporting on lead quality.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with high-level executives and business owners.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a night shift.

Pay: ₹142,931.41 - ₹488,678.06 per year
